The Wayne Family Auditorium

Our most loved and versatile space, the Wayne Family Auditorium offers 8,000 sq. ft. of audience seating and a stunning 2,000 sq. ft. stage. Designed with you in mind, it combines flexibility, functionality, and style—perfect for corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, or unforgettable celebrations.

With 26-foot ceilings and a polished concrete floor, the space is clean, sleek, and modern while still feeling warm and welcoming. The performance stage is a showstopper—ideal for keynote speakers, live entertainment, and special presentations. Bands and DJs alike love performing here. DJs can easily plug into our state-of-the-art sound system, while bands are welcome to bring their own speakers for a self-contained setup. Our lighting system can add a custom touch to your event, projecting designs onto your dance floor or walls to create the perfect atmosphere.

Two massive screens make it easy to display your logo, slideshow, or video content, while guest speakers and performers enjoy access to up to six dressing rooms and a backstage Green Room.

We also offer several optional upgrades that can be added to your contract to make your set-up even easier and your event truly shine—such as elegant Chiavari chairs, decorative chargers, satin napkins, satin tablecloths, beautiful dance floors, and so much more.

The Carlisle Room

Seated Reception Style: Up to 200 Guests (more if dance/mingling space is not needed)

The Carlisle Room is a 5,000 sf neutral palette with one wall of floor-to-ceiling windows exposing an outdoor natural view. Neutral colored shades can be closed for more privacy. The room has LED lights with color choices that will allow you to create the atmosphere you desire.

The Carlisle Room Rental Consists of:

  • The use of 60” round tables
  • The use of 6’ rectangle tables
  • Chairs
  • Color changing LED Lighting

The McDonald Room

Capacity:
Seated Theatre Style: Up to 260 Guests
Seated Reception Style: Up to 100 Guests (more if dance/mingling space is not needed)

The McDonald Room is 3,000 sf of neutral space with one wall of floor to ceiling windows exposing an outdoor natural view. Neutral colored shades can be closed for more privacy. We can use pipe and drape to close off the windows for a more intimate feel. The room has LED lights with color choices that will allow you to create the atmosphere you desire.

The McDonald Room Rental Consists of:

  • The use of 60” round tables
  • The use of 6’ rectangle tables
  • Chairs
  • Color changing LED Lighting

The Davis Room

Capacity:
Seated Theatre Style: Up to 100 Guests
Seated Reception Style: Up to 64 Guests (more if dance/mingling space is not needed)

The Davis Room is 2,000 sf of neutral space with one wall of floor to ceiling windows exposing an outdoor natural view. Neutral colored shades can be closed for more privacy. The room has LED lights with color choices that will allow you to create the atmosphere you desire.

The Davis Room Rental Consists of:

  • The use of 60” round tables
  • The use of 6’ rectangle tables
  • Chairs
  • Color changing LED Lighting

The Conference Room

Capacity:
Seated Boardroom Style: Up to 8 Guests at the table & room for several more around the perimeter

The Conference Room is 200 sf of neutral space with outdoor views for plenty of light. Neutral toned shades can be closed for more privacy. The Conference Room is perfect for small board meetings or small team meetings better held offsite.

The Conference Room Rental Consists of:

  • Conference table
  • Private restroom
  • Chairs
  • Wall-mounted screen w/ HDMI connection for presentations
