With the 8,000 sf Wayne Family Auditorium, the ability to utilize The Conference Room, The McDonald Room, The Davis Room or The Carlisle Room, The Venue at Friendship Springs has over 13,000 sf of corporate meeting, trade show, or conference space available. 

  • All meeting and conference space comes complete with free, fast Wi-Fi service.

The Wayne Family Auditorium

Capacity:
Seated Theatre Style: Up to 600 Guests
Set with tables and chairs Reception Style: Up to 500 Guests

The Wayne Auditorium is designed with the end user in mind. From customizable seating configurations, to production storage space, and state of the art audio, visual, and lighting, the stage is set for your corporate meeting, conference or trade show needs. Clean, sleek and modern, The Wayne Family Auditorium boasts 26’ tall ceilings and a gorgeous polished concrete floor.


The Wayne Family Auditorium has the perfect performance stage for your speaker or hired entertainment. Bands or DJ’s will love our state of the art sound system that allows for simple “plug and play.” No more hauling speakers and lighting (this means you can negotiate better rates with your entertainment).


You can utilize the auditorium’s two massive screens to display your logo, slide shows, or videos during your event. Guest speakers and/or entertainment have access to up to 6 dressing rooms and/or backstage Green Room.

The Carlisle Room

Capacity:
Seated Theatre-Style: Up to 400 Guests
Set with tables and chairs Reception Style: Up to 300 Guests

The Carlisle Room is a 5,000 sf neutral palette with one wall of floor to ceiling windows exposing an outdoor natural view. Need more privacy? We can certainly use pipe and drape to close off the windows for a private feel. The room has LED lights with color choices that will allow you to create the atmosphere you desire.

The Carlisle Room Rental Consists of:

  • The use of 6’ rectangle tables
  • Chairs
  • Color changing LED Lighting

The McDonald Room

Capacity:
Seated Theatre-Style: Up to 260 Guests
Set with tables and chairs Reception Style: Up to 200 Guests

The McDonald Room is 3,000 sf of neutral space with one wall of floor to ceiling windows exposing an outdoor natural view. We can use pipe and drape to close off the windows for a private feel. The Davis Room is 2,000 sf of neutral space with one wall of floor to ceiling windows exposing an outdoor natural view. We can use pipe and drape to close off the windows for a private feel. The room has LED lights with color choices that will allow you to create the atmosphere you desire.

The Conference Room

Capacity:
Seated Theatre-Style: Up to 20 Guests
Set with tables and chairs for Boardroom Style:Up to 10 Guests

The Conference Room is 200 sf of neutral space with outdoor views for plenty of light. We can use pipe and drape to close off the windows for a more private vibe. The Conference Room is perfect for small board meetings or small team meetings better held offsite.
